2. Schedule your consultation (Google Calendar)
   Meet with our studio to define scope, direction, and priorities.

3. Receive a custom proposal & timeline
   We’ll outline design scope, deliverables, and next steps.

4. Complete a Studio Intake Form
   Once approved, we’ll gather final details and begin production.

All coordination happens through email, Google Calendar, and Google Drive.

What happens next

After you submit your request:

• You’ll receive an email with a Google Calendar scheduling link

• We’ll review your project details before the call

• After the consultation, you’ll receive:

  • A custom Studio Intake Form

  • A defined production timeline

  • Clear delivery and collaboration details

Production begins only after scope approval and intake completion.
